Heroes 2009 Super Bowl Show Promo
In this Super Bowl 2009 spot, NBC airs a show promotion for the hit series “Heroes.” Characters from the television series are seen in a battle against NFL legends. Ando, Peter, Hiro, Nathan, Mohinder and Matt, all characters from the show, are on the same team. The game occurs at night under an eclipse. Claire is seen joining the game in her cheerleading uniform as she flies through the sky, only to be slammed against the ground by one of the NFL players. Jerry Rice, Warren Sapp and John Elway attempt to score on offense when all of a sudden Hiro freezes time and steals the football to score a touchdown. During the celebration done with a victory dance, the commercial promotes the new Heroes episode, which airs on Feb. 2, 2009 at 9/8 central on NBC.
