Two performing artists and New Orleans natives, Lloyd Dillon and Johnny Vidacovich, take the stage during the annual Stella Shouting Contest, where contestants channel their inner Stanley Kowalski from Tennessee Williams' play, "A Streetcar Named Desire." With Vidacovich drumming in the background, Lloyd gives a rundown of the best stories to come out of the city's 300 year history, including heroic citizens, the musical roots of Jazz and Funk, a major win on a Monday night, and then ending with the local mantra that started it all: "One time, in New Orleans..."
