Santa is spending some time on the golf course after a busy holiday season which didn't go as smoothly as he'd liked. While he looks for a golf ball he hit into the rough, his elf caddy reminds him that the ServiceNow platform identified holiday problems before they became actual problems. As resourceful as that is, Santa wishes that same platform could work its magic and locate his lost ball. Moments later, a golf ball with blinking red lights and a "Jingle Bells" chime is discovered, but to the dismay of the elf, Santa quickly discards it while noting that his ball has green lights.
