The United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) shows viewers that organ donation can save and change lives by sharing one story inspired by true events. When Josh, a young man, passes away, the recipient of his heart completes items on Josh's incomplete bucket list. A man dyes his hair and styles it in a mohawk, stays in a hostel on a road trip and parties all night. When it comes to the last item on the list, "Do more for Mom," viewers see the man painting Josh's mother's front fence. She watches and then walks out and puts her ear to the man's chest, cherishing the sound of her son's heart beating in the body of the man whose life he saved. UNOS urges viewers to remember the importance of being an organ donor and reminds them that their organs could save the lives of others.
