A real estate agent leading a couple walks into a unit with faded paint on the walls. As the real estate agent makes a remark on the condition of the unit, the couple begins imagining the unit as a fixer-upper project. They envision themselves laying a canvas over the ground and paint tape on the walls. As the real estate agent leads them into another room while mentioning the great view, the couple is seen painting the walls and planning on what to do with the grafitti-covered wall. The agent makes one more attempt on selling the unit, talking about the vibrant art scene the community has before a stray cat wanders out next to the couple. Just as the agent is about to give up, the couple tells their agent that they'll take the unit. The couple is then seen in a transformed, modern-looking unit with the stray cat as their own.
