Coca-Cola 2011 Super Bowl Commercial, Border
In this Coca-Cola ad that aired during Super Bowl XLV, two guards protect opposite sides of a border in the middle of the desert. When a piece of trash blows from one side of the barrier to the other, the guard in green tosses it back over with his saber. However, when the guard in red cracks open a bottle of Coca-Cola, he decides to share his second bottle with the other guard. Since they cannot cross the border, the guard in red places the bottle on the ground directly beneath the barrier, and together the two men redraw the boundary in the sand. This allows the guard in green to enjoy his drink and for the two men to share a brief moment of camaraderie before returning to their respective duties.
