A couple of neighbors phone each other when they notice something fishy going on in the neighborhood. There is a nearby home that always has its curtains drawn and the people that live there leave early in the morning and come home late at night in a construction van. They aren't even sure it's the same people coming and going. Feeling uneasy about the situation, they agree to report what's happening. In an effort to end the human trafficking happening in our backyards, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security raises awareness through its Blue Campaign and challenges us to recognize the signs.
