Children's Miracle Network Hospitals TV Spot, 'Where the Miracles Are'

Amy Purdy wanted to explore the world when she was a child, but after contracting bacterial meningitis her dreams were put on hold. In addition to other complications, Amy's legs were amputated below the knee, but she continued to work toward her dreams. She medaled in the 2014 Paralympics, is a motivational speaker and published author, participated in the show "Dancing With the Stars" and is currently training to compete in the next Paralympic games. Her story would not have been possible if it had not been for the care she received excellent care for her childhood illness, so she encourages viewers to put their money where the miracles are by donating to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
