M&M's TV Spot, 'Come Together' Featuring Dan Levy

People feeling apologetic about their impulsive or insulting behavior have found a new method of apologizing: presenting a bag of M&M's as a peace offering. When a man intentionally kicks the back of another passenger's airline seat, he offers a half-hearted candy apology. And when a man apologizing to his female co-worker for mansplaining something, his sweet apology seems to be accepted -- albeit cut short when he begins the behavior again. For one woman, a double apology is needed; it turns out the woman she called a Karen is actually named Karen, so two bags of M&M's are in order for her unfortunate circumstance. It might be difficult to apologize for a botched gender reveal or a load of confessed sins, but at the end of the day it seems a bag of candies can do the trick. That is, except for Dan Levy, who apparently fails to uphold his promise that he'll no longer be eating any M&M's friends. After all, it's difficult to hide a screaming Red M&M in his SUV.
