A Toyota Tacoma writes a letter to a snowstorm, saying it's going to crank the music loud and proud, drop it into four-wheel drive and get the party started. The truck tells the snowstorm to go ahead and splatter it with mud and cover it in snow and let the good times roll. In celebration of Presidents Day, the automaker is offering customers special leasing on the 2021 Tacoma and $1,000 cash back.
