When she was younger, a young girl named Seima was afraid of the waves that would sometimes flood her home during particularly bad storms. Since her home floats on water, Seima and her friends must ride in their teacher's boat in order to get to their floating school. Their school was built with the help of Save the Children. Though Seima is close to the water when riding in the boat, she always wears a life vest and does not feel sacred while her teacher is nearby. Through studying and hard work, Seima hopes to become just like her teacher when she gets older.
