The General and Shaquille O'Neal set up an outdoor strand to tell people about The General Insurance. A rival stand across the street selling lemonade tries to outdo their stand. The little girl taunts Shaquille with a sign for affordable car insurance, inflatables and a balloon arch. Suddenly her mom's car rips down all the girl's balloons and crashes.
