Where do we go from here? How do we respond? While being white in America automatically gives a person power and importance, systemic racism has shown time after time that being Black has the opposite effect. As our country faces an ugly reality of racial inequality, Procter & Gamble says it’s time for people to choose action over observation. The time has come when not being racist isn't enough; instead, we must be actively anti-racist -- we must choose to use our power to bring about real change and justice. We can start by educating ourselves and raising awareness, choosing to actively speak up, step in, march, vote and donate to advance equality because all lives can’t matter until black lives matter.
