Rainn Wilson and T-Mobile know all to well that getting a customer service representative on the phone can be challenging. Automated voice systems can malfunction and there can be long waiting periods. Rainn gets creative during his wait and decides to have a snack, get some dancing in and practice his bassoon. Right as he gets the opportunity to talk to a human being, he's placed on hold again. T-Mobile says it's making that process easier by taking away the bots and adding more humans on the other end of the phone.
