Lily coaches Matthew Stafford on his duties while she's away for March Madness. Lily tells Stafford that customers can get a free Samsung Galaxy S22 when they trade in a Galaxy from any year or condition. Stafford confirms his understanding with Lily, acknowledging that a customer can take his old phone, which he's had for 12 years and has loved every moment of, and trade it in for something that suits his life now. But then Stafford continues on, saying that this hypothetical customer enjoys immediate success but won't ever, ever forget his old phone. Somehow this trade doesn't seem to be about phones anymore.
