Charles Schwab Personalized Indexing TV Spot, 'Coffee Shop'

A woman chats with her investment broker, Carl, at a coffee shop. Carl makes a light dig on her custom order ("medium latte, half-caff, no foam"), but is unsettled when she brightly responds that she knows what she likes. Once seated, she grills Carl directly about his firm -- specifically, whether it offers personalized index investing or manages gains and losses to be more tax efficient. As he nervously sips on his coffee and quips that he's a stock broker, not a barista or a wizard, the woman notices a Charles Schwab ad offering exactly what she asked for.
