While leaving her apartment one day, a pile of trash outside the entrance of her building -- courtesy of Oscar the Grouch -- catches a woman's attention. She mistakes it for a piece of art, and despite the muppet's protests, proceeds to build him a website on Squarespace so that other art-lovers could see his work too. Before he can even finish vocalizing his disbelief, the monster is hounded with new fans eager to get a look at his "trash art."
