Planet Fitness TV Spot, 'Bike of Shame: $10 a Month'

An exercise trainer gives some intense words of encouragement to her class as she tries to increase the pace during an exercise bike race. When a racer named Carmen starts to fall behind in the leaderboard the trainer instructs the class gives her the "hiss of shame." Planet Fitness urges exercisers to avoid riding the bike of shame and to instead join its fitness center for access to equipment and free fitness training for $10 a month.
