An HR employee comes across a colleague sitting in an emergency department waiting area with a nail through his hand. The colleague starts talking about this unfortunate accident when the HR employee says she "accidently left the man off the company's insurance policy during enrollment, so he's not covered... not even a little bit. Paycom allows employees to enter and manage their own benefits and enrollment information, so this situation never happens.
