Things lapse into an awkward silence once Progressive agents Flo and Rodney finish briefing a customer about the around-the-clock benefits of her home and auto insurance bundle. The customer notes the lack of a signature Progressive wacky moment in their interaction, but Flo waves it off, saying that they thought they'd give people a break "since we've all been through a lot this year." A certain boyband seems to have missed that memo though, because that's the moment the front door bursts open and three-fifths of *NSYNC have to be shooed away.
