Extra Gum Refreshers TV Spot, 'Max & Bill: New Friends' Song by Jacob Banks

When a young boy strolling through a public park sees an elderly man struggling to pick his checker pieces up off the ground, he goes over to assist him. To repay this act of kindness, the man invites the boy to sit down at his table and offers him some Extra Gum Refreshers. They get to know each other over subsequent visits until one day the boy comes to the park and the man isn't there. He investigates and discovers that the man had moved into a nursing home far from the park. The boy offers him some Extra Gum Refreshers, illustrating how "sometimes the smallest gestures can be the most refreshing."
