Realtor Phil Dunphy (Ty Burrell) of "Modern Family" sits fireside to reveal one of his Phil's-osophies: there are many things that differentiate a realtor from a real estate agent. He explains that a realtor follows a strict code of ethics, and as a junior wilderness trooper, he was highly-decorated and unable to lie. Backtracking, he admits that by "highly-decorated," he's referring to the fact that the other kids put makeup on him in his sleep -- and not because he built the best fire, because he brought a picture of his mom with him.
