An unknown narrator talks to Sister Madonna Buder, also known as the "Iron Nun," while she performs some of her daily exercises. At 86 years old, Buder is more active than most athletes, which concerns the narrator. When he asks her if she needs a nap, she bluntly responds, "I don't think so," and continues pedaling up a winding road, and when he pleads with her to opt out of the Iron Man competition, she blows him off and shouts, "the first 45 didn't kill me," before plunging into the ocean. He finally gives up after realizing that there is such a thing as unlimited youth, and as proven by Sister Madonna Buder, youth has no age limit.
