The majestic voice-over of what we soon find out to be a bald eagle is the backdrop of this epic "Battle of the Burgers." Jack, who is dressed as George Washington in his white wig and all, treks across the frozen Delaware River with his men in a row boat. While recalling this "declaration of delicious," the bald eagle doesn't hesitate to include talking about the Jumbo Meal... and the fact that America ate it up -- true story.
