Different people go about their daily lives, using Fitbit to monitor their activity. Some wear it while running and hiking, while others may wear it for less intense activities such as shopping or cooking. People are shown running, climbing stairs, walking through the city, kickboxing, lifting weights, playing tennis, singing and playing basketball -- one man even sprints down the road with a prosthetic leg.
