Lowe's TV Spot, 'Upgrade'

A talking giraffe magnet explains that her girl Cindy took advantage of Lowe's worry-free-30-day satisfaction guarantee on appliances. At first she seems bitter because she's still on the old white fridge when the new stainless steel fridge is being put in place and states it must be out with the old and in with the new. But, she changes her tune when Cindy finally takes her off of the old fridge and puts her on the new shiny one. Upgrade!
