Malcolm is a high school senior living in The Bottoms, the drug-infested part of Inglewood, CA where violence often takes place. In the midst of all the chaos, he focuses on his dream of getting into Harvard. While attending an underground party in Los Angeles, however, he gets caught up with the wrong people and in making poor choices. As time goes on, he figures out where he wants his future to be and to ultimately to be himself. See "Dope," in theaters June 19, 2015.
