You may think that the "key to the city" is just symbolic, but after famous Final-Four fanatics Samuel L. Jackson, Spike Lee and Charles Barkley land in Phoenix, it seems that the key that was given to Chuck by the mayor actually has some functionality. The friends sneak into a tiger enclosure, cause a blackout all over town, and even create a bit of a wardrobe mishap for the referees during the NCAA March Madness games by washing them with a little red scarf. The mayor, notably upset, demands the key back, as the pranksters have a giggle. Thank goodness some good came out of it, as Jackson was able to use his Capital One Quicksilver card to get cash back during their antics. Capital One invites customers to try out its cash-back advantage Quicksilver card and is a proud sponsor of the NCAA March Madness.
