Vital Farms thinks its bullsh*t to work in a cramped, dark office. Conditions like that, it says, make employees feel upset and anxious, maybe even feel like they're being spied upon by an gigantic overlord like boss, who's keeping them trapped in his giant desk drawer, overseeing their work from his own ominously empty and dark workspace. Spooky. But, the dairy farm says it believes that happy employees are good for business, so let the sun shine in.
