iSpot is committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation with a philosophy and practices to align to paying “up market” with salary ranges largely aligned to the 75% of the market.

Equity

Stock options are awarded upon hire. Additional grants may be rewarded during the compensation planning cycle.

We are headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, with three other offices in the heart of New York City, Los Angeles and Tel Aviv and remote employees across North America.
